These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", or "you") and ez8 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ez8 online gaming platform accessible at https://ez8.cam and all associated services, mobile interfaces, and software (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and ez8. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the supplementary policies, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds currently held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or free bet amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they are eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the ez8 website at https://ez8.cam, all subdomains, and all services made available through it.
• "RM" / "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia.
• "FPX" means Financial Process Exchange, Malaysia's national online payment gateway operated through the banking system.
• "DuitNow" means the instant fund transfer service operated by PayNet Malaysia.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on ez8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum age requirement and is strictly enforced. ez8 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or wager.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of ez8 or its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ez8 or any other gambling platform for a period that is still active.
• You have not previously had an Account on ez8 that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

ez8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian MyKad, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must notify ez8 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. ez8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ez8 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

ez8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless the Player deposits in USDT, which will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and is displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon successful processing, subject to payment processor clearing times.
• ez8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees at their discretion.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes only. Deposits made with no intent to wager may be treated as irregular activity and may result in Account review.

Withdrawals may be requested by any Player who has completed KYC verification and has met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are targeted for processing within under 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are targeted for processing within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Direct bank wire transfers are processed within 15–60 minutes.
• Processing time estimates are operational targets and may be affected by payment processor delays, public holidays, or unusual volume.
• ez8 may request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above RM5,000 per transaction or RM20,000 per calendar month.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The withdrawal beneficiary must match the registered Account holder.

ez8 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification. In such cases, we will notify the Player and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

ez8 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply to all promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is RM250 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) typically contribute 10–20%. Certain games may contribute 0%. The applicable contribution rate for each game is displayed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting) will be automatically forfeited, together with any winnings derived from them.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain promotions are designated as "sticky bonuses", meaning the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated from it. This designation is clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some promotions apply a maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Where applicable, this limit is stated in the promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time. A Player must complete or forfeit a current bonus before a new one can be applied.
• Abuse Prevention: ez8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through related accounts, exploiting software errors, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies with the primary purpose of extracting bonus value.

All games and betting markets on the ez8 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category. The following general rules apply across all betting activities:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ez8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except where a market is voided due to a demonstrable pricing error or event cancellation.
• In the event of a pricing or odds error that is clearly anomalous (e.g., odds of 100/1 on a heavily favoured outcome), ez8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
• For live casino games, the outcome displayed on the Platform at the conclusion of each round constitutes the final result, subject to our dispute resolution process.
• For sports markets, ez8 follows the applicable sporting body's official result. In the event of an event being abandoned or postponed, the specific rules for each sport as published in the Platform's Help section will apply.
• For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, and other football markets, match bets are settled on the result at 90 minutes of regulation play, including any stoppage time added by the referee, unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by Account tier, market liquidity, and Player history.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ez8 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud: Any act of deception, misrepresentation, or fraudulent conduct in connection with your Account or any game.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Tools: Use of bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform, including auto-clicking, bet sniping, or scripted gameplay.
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, deposit bonus arbitrage, or any strategy designed purely to extract guaranteed profit from promotions without genuine gaming intent.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds, transfer proceeds of crime, or circumvent AML controls.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider while funds remain in your Account. Doing so will result in immediate Account suspension and debt recovery proceedings for the reversed amount.
• Underage Access: Accessing the Platform or allowing a person under 21 to access your Account.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.

All content on the ez8 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ez8 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software; create derivative works; or use ez8's trademarks without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ez8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to Platform downtime or technical failure beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.

In all circumstances where ez8's liability cannot be excluded by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ez8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and a 7-day cooling-off period applies before increases come into force.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss limits over a defined rolling period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum stated period. To self-exclude, contact our 24/7 live chat support.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting our live chat support. On closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned via the Player's nominated withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.

ez8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct associated with the Account.
• The Player has initiated a chargeback against a deposit.
• The Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months and the balance is zero.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. ez8 will provide written notification of any such forfeiture and the reasons for it.

ez8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify active Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on their Account, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the new Terms come into effect.

Changes of a minor or administrative nature (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing clauses, or changes required by law or regulation) may take effect immediately without advance notice.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable legal principles governing online gaming and electronic commerce. In the event of a dispute between you and ez8, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting our customer support team.

All dispute resolution communications should be directed to our support team via the live chat function on the Platform or by email to the address provided in Section 16 below. We will aim to provide a substantive response to any formal dispute within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any claim or dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable law provides that such rights cannot be excluded or restricted.
